NMCRS, Headquarters needs highly qualified caseworkers to provide guidance, mentoring and oversight by telephone to the Society’s Full and Emergency Service Office caseworkers. To fill these unique positions, you must be an NMCRS Certified Society Caseworker (CSC) or an NMCRS trained Level 3 Caseworker, eligible to acquire CSC certification within six months of employment. NMCRS Naples Visiting Nurse

NMCRS Norfolk — Shipboard Program Coordinator

The Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society Norfolk Office is seeking a fulltime (40 Hr/Wk) experienced program coordinator to manage the day-to day operations of the Shipboard Program.  Minimum requirements: Two or more years supervisory experience, BA/BS from an accredited college (or equivalent training/experience), superior leadership skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, experience in  public speaking or as a training facilitator, strong computer skills and familiarity with Navy personnel, service life, and military pay/allowance systems.  Applicants must be able to travel aboard ship. NMCRS Fort Worth Director

The Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society needs a part-time (20 hrs/wk) experienced manager to direct operations at its Fort Worth, TX Office. Prior association with NMCRS, as an employee or a volunteer, will be a significant factor in evaluating a candidate’s qualifications for this position. Candidates must have a minimum of an AA degree from an accredited college, experience in recruiting, retaining, motivating, and working with volunteers in an organization similar to NMCRS.  Two or more years supervisory experience; superior leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
