Director, Casework Division.NMCRS Headquarters Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) is seeking a seasoned candidate, with at least 3 years supervisory experience, to provide professional support and oversight to its Casework Division. This position is responsible for the overall operations of the Casework Division (i.e. supervision, training, and evaluation of assigned personnel) as well as development, implementation, and monitoring of relief assistance policies and procedures. Required: Applicant must possess a minimum BA/BS degree from a college or university with accreditation recognized by the U.S. Dept of Education in a field emphasizing coursework in the principles and methods of financial management or casework. Extensive NMCRS experience may be considered as a substitute to meeting the education requirement. Attainment of Certified Society Caseworker (CSC) status, practical knowledge of military pay and allowance systems, experience with accounting and loan collection procedures, and computerized databases are also required.

Caseworkers — Do you have previous experience as a Volunteer or employee of Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society?Are you an NMCRS “Certified Society Caseworker” or hold NMCRS Level Three Caseworker Status? NMCRS Camp Pendleton — Combat Casualty Assistance Visiting Nurse

The Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) office in Camp Pendleton, CA is seeking a part-time (30 hrs/wk) Combat Casualty Assistance - Visiting Nurse.  No weekends, holidays, and shifts; no insurance reports to file; no OASIS forms. Just nursing the way it should be…one-to-one with patients teaching health info/providing resource information and support to Navy and Marine Corps combat casualties and their families. Must have current and active CA State RN license, reliable transportation and a good driving record.  Med/Surg, home health background and current CPR certification desirable. NMCRS Great Lakes — Director

Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) seeks a full-time (40 hrs/wk) experienced Director to manage operations at our office on Naval Station Great Lakes in Great Lakes, IL. Prior association with NMCRS, as an employee or a volunteer, will be a significant factor in evaluating a candidate’s qualifications for this position. To be considered, candidates must possess the following: A minimum of a AA/AS degree from a college or university recognized by the U.S. Dept of Education; Experience in recruiting, retaining, motivating, and working with Volunteer staff in an organization similar to NMCRS; Experience in public speaking or as a training facilitator; Two (2) or more years supervisory experience; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software; and Superior leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of military command structure, pay and allowance systems, and experience providing financial management/counseling to others are highly desirable.
